Easy Online Order: Barielle.com provides you with a
shopping bag just as if you were shopping in your favorite department store.
- Select the items you want by simply clicking the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG
button. The item will be in your bag wherever else you decide to go on the
site. You can also easily adjust the QUANTITY of that item to order or remove
it before you checkout should you have had a change in mind.
- From there, the basic ordering process begins. You can CONTINUE SHOPPING
or go to CHECKOUT.
Order Processing: Most orders will be processed within 24
hours of receipt. Processing time does not include weekend days or holidays.
Orders placed on the weekend days/holidays will be processed on the following,
regular business day. Excluding holidays, orders are processed and shipped on
regular business days only (Monday through Friday). Delivery for most orders for
items that are in stock take approximately 5 to 7 business days from the day it
leaves our warehouse and FedEx does deliver on Saturday.
Report Order Problem If your order is missing a product,
contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact a Barielle Customer
Representative at 1-800-790-8884 Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
eastern standard time, or email us at customerservice@barielle.com. To expedite
your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will
always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
Returns and Exchanges Sometimes a product just doesn't
work out! Although we may not like it, we do understand. If you do have to
exchange or return a product, please do so within 30 days of purchase &
enclose your original receipt (packing slip). Naturally, we cannot take returns
on overly used products. Shipping and handling costs are not included in
refunds. Barielle products purchased in retail stores must be returned to their
original point of purchase.
